Rachel is a consciousness coach and leadership strategist, passionate about merging well-being, culture, and leadership to foster sustainable transformation for both individuals and organizations. Drawing on over 20 years of experience in strategy, people, and culture, her degrees in Psychology and Education as well as certificates in Reiki, yoga and tai chi instruction. Rachel brings a holistic approach to raising consciousness and supporting well-being. Through her proprietary method, the Conscious Arc™️, she empowers leaders and individuals alike to cultivate environments that promote mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being.
Rachel’s deep expertise in culture and leadership development helped a 200-year-old organization earn recognition as a Great Place to Work in Canada. Now, through Conscious Arc Co., she designs transformative programs that guide both leaders and individuals to elevate their lives and work from a place of awareness, authenticity, and positive impact. Her mission is to inspire conscious leadership and create environments where people thrive, benefiting both individuals and the planet.
