Rachel’s deep calling to bring more consciousness into both the corporate space and individual lives, is why conscious arc co. was born. For years, Rachel knew she wanted to create something that bridged culture, leadership, and well-being, but fear held her back. It wasn’t until the last few years that it became increasingly clear that both organizations and individuals needed more intention, connection, and consciousness—not just to navigate the increasing change, but to thrive within it.

Driven by this realization and her degrees in psychology and education, along with certifications in coaching, Reiki, and mindfulness teaching, Rachel moved past her hesitations. After decades immersed in corporate culture, leadership development, and organizational transformation, she wrote her first book, developed her unique method, the Conscious Arc™️, and committed to raising consciousness. She saw an opportunity to help shift a space that has historically prioritized financial gains over well-being, transforming businesses from disconnected cultures and systems into aligned communities where, when people can truly show up, grow, and lead from the inside out, everything thrives.
